I don't think anyone ever understands. Except Christ.
I am not, I AM not, but I try.

I love this gospel, and I pray that my spirit and passion for this peace offered personally by the Savior and His messengers is felt as you read through this, as you take the time to ponder.

It is one of those times where you cannot express your gratitude for the Savior, for the gospel, for all that you have been blessed with.

How do I love thee? As He does.

It may be that I am sick, or that I am under trial that I cannot over come on my own. But I pray, with tear on cheek, that you are able to feel of the passion that I have for the peace offered by the purpose of this season.

These men, with their voices old, experienced, child-like and prophetic. These men, imperfect and humble, are called of God to act as His mouth piece on Earth, as were prophets in days of old. I testify in the name of Christ, that there is no mortal that could restore the gospel that is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with out the aid and inspired guidance of the Savior Himself.

I pray that you allow this to affect the spirit with the assurance that the Lord is your Lord, and my Lord. Your God and my God. Marvel at the peace that is offered always unto you. I will stand before the Eternal Judge, my precious Savior, with this testimony, as I know that it is the truth which He would have me receive. I love him.

May the Lord have mercy on you as he had upon me. May you feel the joy and peace, the love and knowledge that you are a child of the most powerful being in the universe. May you cry as that knowledge rests upon your soul. May you smile as you realize that there is no way for you to repay it, but He didn't do it for the return, He did it for your return. He did it for me. He did it so that I may be home.
