scary mustache's

So I decided as I walked into my roommates watching "House of Wax" in the daylight that I REALLY don't like scary movies. Not because I get scared easily, which I might, but because I don't like the feeling, ya know? Also, while on the subject of movies I have decided that I will grow a handlebar mustache for my Halloween half marathon. It will compliment/make my costume of Captain James Hook. Now, if that doesn't work I will be... "It'sa me! Mario!" or Luigi. So with a mustache my possibilities are endless.

Okay, so I started this as a draft and sense the beginning I have decided that no mustache will grace my face. I was reminded of a discussion and counsel I had received from my mission president and things that I had agreed to do, so no mustache. I am thankful for good friends. Ones that you tell and they don't even say anything, or write anything (because they are on a mission or other far away places) and I know what they expect from me. And that is integrity.

So! Next in life. Life is busy. How does that happen? Well, my Dad will be proud of me and siblings will mock me but I have a Franklin Covey Planner on it's way to my apartment as we speak. Planning is something I always made fun of my Dad for but realized it's importance on my mission.

Last night I went on a date. Gasp! Yes I know Mom, a date. But I am pretty sure that I just talked about my family the whole time and didn't really say anything but I tried. Somethings you can't explain. Like sitting in the hospital and having your Dad talk about Lehi and how he had to send his sons back to Jerusalem twice. As I was talking about it I realized that had he sent them back for two different reasons, the plates and wives, I am pretty sure that they would have not tried past the first time after Laban's rejection and said, "I need consolation, let's get our wives." That would have been a direct quote from Lemuel actual. Anyway, I love my family.

GASP! A DATE!? Didn't know that was something you did Zach. You go man!

PS I'm suppppper glad you nixed the mustache idea. They're just sicky traps for food that you ate hours before.

I won't lie, I was a little excited when you said you were gunna grow a stache for your costume, although staches are just completely rancid. But I'm glad you're sticking to what you were counseled to do. BUT you will have to mark it off your book sometime! :) haha

tsk tsk tsk. No mustache. I now just have one question - What would the world be like without Captain Hook?
And you can't have Captain Hook without a mustache.
