La La La La La Life is wonderful

So I shouldn't really be writing in this right now but the thing is that life is crazy so I might as well tell people about it.

This is kind of what I feel like this week.

I love this world and how in it you can find people like Richard Simmons, as well as Hulk Hogan or the Macho Man Randy Savage. There is such a diversity of people and personalities. Anywho, so this week I have to teach 4 different aerobics classes. For those of you that think Aerbobics is easy never tried to do it with their mother. I am working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night, then I drive to Provo Friday night to run a half marathon (13.1 miles) on Saturday morning. I have not trained for it so this should be interesting. I got tested at the wellness center and it made me happy... other than the time that they made me bench press. I realized then that all my strength is in my legs. Good would have been to get your body weight. Yeah. I got 115 pounds. Yeah.

I believe that this blog is starting to sound like I am complaining. I hope that is not the way it seems. Life is beautiful and I love it. There are so many things to be happy about. I realize that I will not be able to have all of these experiences in a few months but I know that will be fine. For those of you that didn't know, I will be heading back to the land of Enchantment which lies beyond the valley of tranquility (North Carolina). I know that everything will change but it is good.

OH! So, this weekend reminded me of how I often feel. Brandon Arny is one of my best friends and room mates. Well, Saturday morning I get a phone call from Brandon asking for me to come pick him up from West Yellowstone, MT. He was driving up there to chop some wood for his boss as a surprise, because he felt his boss was working a lot of crazy hours and thought it would be nice to be able to do that for him. Well, on the way into Montana he hit a patch of ice at 65, slid for a while and then hit the guard rail. He is fine and that is not wha tI meant by how I feel. He did inform me that the reasons air bags are deployed is because there is a little bit of explosive/gun powder in your car. SO, the point of me telling this story. Brandon's grandfather passed away a week or so ago and had the choice to go back or stay here until Thanksgiving. He decided to stay obviously because he felt like this is where he should be. And he thought that perhaps it might be because of some particular person but that ended up not happening. Then this car wreck happened and his job is over and he is stuck in Rexburg now. He chuckled as we drove home from Montana (after he went and chopped his boss's wood) and said well I guess I am supposed to be in Rexburg. So often the way that we think that it should end up is not the way that they Lord has planned. And it's funny to see us try to work it out.

Life is wonderful!

You know, a lot of people tell me you look like Richard Simmons. Hopefully you are wearing those jazzy shorts when you run the half marathon.
