So a friend asked a question regarding whether happiness was a simple thing or complex. As I do at times in my prideful state I thought what I wrote enjoyably profound so I decided to post it here.
Happiness is like boys. It is complex in it's simplicity and yet it is simply complex. There is a simple over riding factor of happiness that either you are or you're not and that is a "salt simple" fact. However, there are the things like the sunrise or set. A new purple bicycle or passing cyclist. A favorite song on the radio and a good memory that only you can chuckle at. That brings happiness. The sad part is happiness is only happiness when it is looked at in the right light. When the sun shines and you are happy you could think more on the face that the sun wasn't shining yesterday and might not shine tomorrow and so in essence seeing the sun is just a depressing teaser of what could have been. OR it could be look at what is. Happiness is something that you have to recognize and not obtain.

I used to have a purple bicycle when I was little. Then my dad ran it over. Depressing. Speaking of which: your next post should be on sadness.
I liked your post, and think you are correct Mr. Cordell. Most things depend on the perspective you take.
This might be odd, but who are you Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. throughtheroofandunderground?
HAHA You have yourself a stalker?! At least they commented!
I would post my thoughts but you already got them...unless I copy and paste them. ;)
Okay, sorry Korey, now I know it's you. I thought it was but wasn't sure.
