Okay, so no real guidelines decided upon, I just wanted to say I hit 45 MPH on my bike Saturday. And I ran into another cycler. Needless to say it made my day. And just to let those who don't ride know, it's hard to look down at your computer when your eyes are watering profusely because of the wind.
