There's a world out there

I've been thinking about the world lately. More appropriately about the third world countries of the earth. I have been debating changing my major to Nutrition because I feel it would be of my aid to those around me. I've also been contemplating working in Africa, then working here in the US, then becoming a professor. I think that would be fun and beneficial. It's all thoughts, but those precede the action and indefinitely the miracle. Right? I get caught up in myself all too often and the truth is there are 6 billion others like me, that have problems. So if my brothers and sisters can find relief from their trials by assistance I can offer, why would I withhold?

I think nutrition is an EXCELLENT choice. Really neat stuff. My mom tried to convince me of that major, but I didn't give in! Instead, I waited til she thought I should be a rec management major and let her convince me of that. Bueno.

Ps. my sister's name is Courtney, but we call her Cordelia in memory of our favorite movie 'the happiest millionaire'

Pps. Did you get certified through AFFA last semester? I'm not sure if I should.... but I'm LOVING teaching!

You're such a copy cat!! I'm contemplating, after graduation, about moving to some unknown state and getting another degree in either nutrition or physical therapy. I shall see what answers I receive on what to do with my life. But I think you would be great at nutrition. Seems like you already have a passion, of some sorts, for it. It's such an interesting subject and pretty much only good can come from having that knowledge.
