So, I absolutely LOVE this song. As I thought about it I realized that it is a lot like life. You think it is one way, you think you get it, you think you understand. Then the bridge comes and you realize you're singing about your daughter, not your wife. Life is better than you think, it's not what you think. As you think about it, the love for his wife IS there too. Somethings in life are just known. Man! Life is good.
